Whilst Jennifer’s most popular requests have been for Recruitment & Selection & Job Application & Interviewing Skills programs, she has designed & developed programs across the Human Resource spectrum from presentation skills programs to programs designed to enhance everyday work skills & performance including time management, customer service, communication & conflict resolution skills.

Committed to ensuring that participants not only enjoy the learning & development experience whether that be assistance via email, telephone, one-on-one coaching, small group training or as part of a larger presentation group but that their improved performance on return to the workplace is well worth the investment in both time & $$’s.

Jennifer is able to achieve this by identifying specific needs prior to the learning & development activity, liaising extensively with key stakeholders in the process, reworking the program to incorporate any unique aspects required by the client and extending a friendly & encouraging facilitation style to all.
