Jennifer has over 21 years experience in the Human Resources/Training and Development fields gained primarily in the NSW Public and private sector. Her roles have included Human Resources – employment conditions, awards and recruitment, consulting and facilitation policies and processes.
Having been a learning and development specialist in the NSW Public Sector since July 1990, Jennifer initiated her own consultancy in August 1996 specialising in conducting needs analyses, providing advice on learning and development issues and developing, facilitating and evaluating group and one-on-one learning and development initiatives
In addition to her ‘hands-on’ experience, Jennifer has completed tertiary studies in personnel management, training and development and has a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Jennifer is a member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development.
Jennifer is committed to developing and facilitating participative and interactive learning and development experiences that impact on an individual’s performance back in the workplace.
